and our approach

WHAT TO EXPECT

Starting therapy for the first time can be daunting. In order to help alleviate any anxieties, we have outlined what to expect when you contact Rose River Therapy.

STAGE ONE

Following initial contact we can arrange either a face to face or remote consultation. Consultations are 50 minutes long and charged at the normal rate. This will allow us to answer any questions you may have about psychological therapy and to find out more about the issues you are struggling with.

Together we can think about the type of therapeutic approach that is best suited to you and tailor treatment to meet your needs.

Depending on the issues you bring, treatment may be brief or longer term.

YOUR SESSIONS

Sessions tend to be at the same time each week lasting for 50 minutes.

It is essential that you feel comfortable with us and that you are happy with the type of therapy provided. If we are unable to offer you the most appropriate service for your needs, we can recommend other options.

Your session can be in person or via zoom.  Whatever you feel is best for you.
