Brainspotting & Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)

Brainspotting and EMDR are powerful, effective therapies designed to help people access, process and overcome trauma, negative emotions and pain.

There is increasing evidence that trauma is 'stored' in the body where it can alter the way the brain works. It can affect our emotions, memory and physical health.

These mind-body therapies seem to activate the body's innate ability to heal itself from trauma.
